Instructions to reload your Inmarsat prepaid SIM card:
Your SIM card must have been purchased from SatPhoneCity
(Inmarsat mandates that reloads can only be carried out by the company that sold the SIM card)
- Select the number of "units" required from the drop down menu (Note: Expiry periods are shown below)
- Enter your SIM card serial number in the field above
- Complete your purchase
- If you wish to delay the reload activation or have any other comments they can be entered into the "comments" box on the last page of the checkout process
Please Be Aware of the following:

Nothing is shipped, your airtime is added to your SIM card electronically.

Reloads can take up to 8 hours to complete.

In order to assure that your unused minutes carry forward, on plans that allow for this feature, we recommend that your reload be completed a minimum of 48 hours prior to the expiry date.

We are not responsible for lost airtime as a result of reloads completed after the above mentioned 48 hour time frame.

Unused minutes will "carry forward" if eligible provided the reload is completed prior to the expiry date.
- Please Note:The 400 Unit reload may require a new SIM card. If you have a SatPhoneCity SIM a new card will be provided at no cost if required. We will notify you if this is the case.
