Performance

Bring your satellite communication indoors with the ASE ComCenter II Outdoor. The ASE ComCenter II Outdoor easily integrates into your building or vessel infrastructure using the POTS(RJ11) interface to connect to your PBX or standard analog phone. For data usage, connect to the internet or the embedded web pages using the Ethernet data port.

Installation is simple because the ASE ComCenter Outdoor has all the advanced circuitry - including the Iridium Antenna – integrated into the single-piece and requires only a single cable be run back to the control room.

For vessel or building installations, a common configuration is to install the ComCenter Outdoor outdoors with line-of-site to the satellite constellation. A single interface cable brings power, POTS and Ethernet indoors. Once indoors, standard RJ11 or CAT5 can complete the runs back to the control rooms housing the PBX and network routers.

Simple networks also can be configured with the POTS connected to an analog phone and the Ethernet connected directly to a single laptop.
