Terms & Conditions:
1) Only background IP including in bundle; all other services as per out of allowance rates
2) Any background IP usage exceeding the airtime allowance will be charged as per out of allowance rates
3) In the case of an early deactivation the customer will be charged for the remaining months of the commitment period as a onetime charge.
4) All programs are stand alone packages.
5) Entry, Medium and High Usage plans have implied usage (i.e., any service used subtracts from the base monthly)
6) Entry, Medium and High Usage plans require a 12 month term
7) The Post Paid plan has no term commitments and requires a refundable deposit
8) There is an activation charge of $50.00
9) Any unused monthly/quarterly allocation will not rollover to the following month/quarter
10) Static IP Addresses are available
11) Accounts will automatically renew every 12 months unless requested otherwise
12) Pricing is in Megabytes (MB) and not Megabits (Mb). Many Maritime services use Megabits for pricing
13) A 1 Megabyte file is 8 times larger than a 1 Megabit file.
